Can I order just one unit?
Yes. Standard products have no minimum order quantity. For OEM / ODM projects, the minimum quantity is assessed according to the customization requirements.
How do I request a quotation?
Share the model, quantity, preferred CPU, memory and SSD configuration, and destination. For custom projects, include your branding, design or packaging requirements. Contact us or use the enquiry form to start the conversation.
Which payment methods and terms do you offer?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal and credit cards. Sample orders require full payment upfront. Bulk and OEM / ODM orders require a deposit, with the balance paid before shipment. The deposit percentage and payment arrangements are confirmed for each order. Please confirm your quotation, configuration and payment instructions with us before making a payment.
Lead time & delivery
What is the lead time?
Standard products have a lead time of 1–3 days. Contact us to confirm availability and the schedule for your selected configuration. OEM / ODM lead times are assessed individually based on the project requirements.
Is lead time the same as delivery time?
Lead time and shipping transit time are separate. Arrival timing depends on the destination, shipping method and any customs processing. Contact us to confirm the expected schedule for your order.
How can I confirm shipping costs and delivery arrangements?
Send us your destination and order quantity. Contact us to confirm the shipping method, freight charges and any applicable import costs before placing your order.
OEM / ODM
What can be customized?
Customization covers logos, startup logos, CPUs, motherboards, interfaces, exterior design, product dimensions, screen specifications, memory, SSDs, keyboard layouts, packaging and other specific requirements.
Do standard order terms apply to custom projects?
OEM / ODM projects are assessed individually. Feasibility, pricing, minimum order quantity and lead time depend on the requirements. Please contact us to agree the specifications and project terms before placing a custom order.
What should I include in my customization enquiry?
Tell us the intended application, model or form factor, target configuration, quantity and destination. Include any logo artwork requirements, dimensions, screen specifications, keyboard layout, interfaces, packaging preferences and target schedule.

How long is the warranty?
The complete system comes with a 1-year warranty, and the motherboard comes with a 3-year warranty. Contact us for the warranty details applicable to your product and order, or for help with a warranty request.
How do I request after-sales support?
Contact us with your order reference, product model and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help explain the problem. Our team can review the information and discuss the next steps with you.
What if my order arrives damaged or does not match the order?
